Yes, I order from them quite regularly for myself, my best friend and my mom online, and we all had decided two years ago NOT to order from them again, as the orders take forever, some items NEVER arrive, or they send the wrong things!! My friend ordered the big stoneware coffee mugs with "Harley Dude" and "Harley Mom" on them for another friend of hers and her husband. They came in within two weeks (a miracle!!) I took them to her day before yesterday without opening the box, it was TWO "Harley Mom" cups!!
They make me so mad sometimes, I don't know WHY in the world I keep ordering from them. Well, I do, too, if I EVER look in the catalogs they send me, I see the cutest stuff that I MUST have!! LOL Another thing I have to gripe about is the COST of the shipping, especially when they send one item at a time, often shipping costs more than the item!!
